R&D and Lab

With a fully dedicated R&D department we have the ability to develop new fabrics as well as reverse engineer any required fabrics. We have fully equipped our in house lab with all laundering machines, capable of in house testing of laundering requirements for both Europe and the USA. Our chemical labs test every batch of our chemicals to ensure that we are using the best quality of chemicals, and that no banned chemicals are present in any of our garments or fabrics. With our physical testing capabilities, we are able to ensure the best possible specifications for our fabric, and with a full Datacolor equipped dye lab we are able produce every color on the Pantone Spectrum. By testing every batch of fabric from our dyeing, we are able to ensure that all our fabrics meet the highest possible standards.

Stitching

With the ability to stitch more than 40,000 pieces per day, we have dedicated stitching lines designed for different products including five pocket jeans, dungarees, jackets, shirts and other high fashioned complicated designs as well; executing it with traditional as well as modern lean methods of production.

Washing

Finishing

With a total packing capacity of 40,000 pieces per day, Pelikan Knitwear has excelled themselves by bringing strict quality and safety standards at multiple stages in its Finishing department to ensure 100% garment inspection. Moreover, our Finishing process is also equipped with a Metal Free Zone to ensure all products are free from metal contaminants.
